INNTURE provided targeted strategic advisory services to the Army’s Project Pelican at the Enogerra Army  Barracks. The project involved in depth army aviation maintenance contract optimisation requiring Defence clearance.


INNTURE provided workplace change management services to DTMR in support of their decentralisation of workplaces from the city to the suburbs. The project involved relocation management of >1000 employees from inner city Brisbane to an outer suburb.


INNTURE was engaged to provide organizational change impact advice, as well as manage the vendor delivery of the business AS-IS, TO-BE and gap documentation for seven of Queensland Shared Services (QSS) client departments, all operating on an unsupported version of SAP. Despite restrictive timeframes and a multitude of stakeholders the project was delivered on time, on budget with the outcomes sought.
